Martello Inn is in a prime spot overlooking the
largest of the Essex Sunshine Coast resorts, Martello Bay. Fully
refurbished to a high standard, we re-opened in November 2008. During the
Summer months we take
advantage of the beautiful golden beach and sea view by pulling back the large
glass doors for people to enjoy. There are
also over 200 seats around the outside of the pub for a relaxing drink.
This is a fun packed area with well maintained seafront gardens, kiosks and
two theatres. We even have an annual Air Show! For those
shoppers amongst you there is a nearby factory
outlet to browse around.
We are justly proud of our very
friendly, welcoming staff. Our clientele have often commented on this
and a few times
people have even made the effort to write in and compliment us on our service
and what a pleasant time they have had here. Regular locals do come
here but, as you may guess, this is very much a great holiday
destination venue with a fun
sociable atmosphere for holiday makers. We serve quality carvery meals at
