Our
passion is chargrilling, because
we're passionate about food. We only
use the finest cuts of steak from
traditionally reared cattle fed
predominantly on grass to ensure
exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Our steaks are expertly prepared by
a British family run firm of
butchers and matured for a minimum
of 28 days before being seared on
the chargrill for that special
Beefeater taste! Today on our menu
you'll also find succulent chicken,
fish and lamb grills as well as

 Eureka
Park
opened in December 2008 and is the latest of the newly
designed Beefeaters. Ashford town centre is a
short distance away. The Eurostar terminal is two
and a half miles from here and with the Channel
Tunnel in Folkestone we are in a good position to
greet people travelling through. We are based
on a leisure park with Cineworld and a health club
close by so many families come and dine with us and
we welcome children. With a large, new housing
estate built in the last couple of years and local
business parks we attract regular locals and
business people alike. It is a busy area close
to the motorway with other attractions like Ashford
golf Club within a mile from here and the McCarthy
Glenn designer outlet only three miles away.
This Beefeater is modern and open plan with fabulous
glass surroundings to enable you to see out whilst
dining. When you enter to the right is the bar
and on the left in the restaurant area is where our
big open grill is so you can view what is being
cooked! Our menu offers plenty of delicious
flame grilled meals. Watch the chefs at work.
The youngsters particularly find it entertaining and
it is quite a feature. The decor is fairly
neutral inside - bright, light and airy with
flexible and booth seating - the choice is yours.
We have a forty five seat al fresco dining area
outside which is linked to the restaurant. To
the bar side there are a further thirty to forty
seats where we serve our pub food. This very
new design has a new style which we would like to
shout about. Even though we are new we have
experienced Beefeater chefs. The Premier Inn
was newly built in February 09 giving an ideal place
to stay and have a meal with us.
