Our
passion is chargrilling, because
we're passionate about food. We only
use the finest cuts of steak from
traditionally reared cattle fed
predominantly on grass to ensure
exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Our steaks are expertly prepared by
a British family run firm of
butchers and matured for a minimum
of 28 days before being seared on
the chargrill for that special

 The Observatory was
built in the late 1990's, offering one big room on two levels. We
are conveniently situated just two minutes from the M1 Junction 21. We have a restaurant area
and smaller areas for customers to have some privacy. The pub has both a
baby changing area and full disabled facilities inside and out to
our patio area. We were fully refurbished in March 2007 with a new modern,
contemporary look, offering a perfect eating and drinking
environment for all clientele whether it be a business meeting in the
morning or a celebration meal in the evening. We are within a Business Park
with a Vue Cinema and Bowling Alley, to
name a few which makes this a great place for an evening out. The nearby
town centre has a good nightlife, with people coming from far and wide to
sample it. Alongside the Observatory is a Premier Inn, which makes this
the number one place to stay. All the friendly staff look forward to
