Our
passion is chargrilling, because
we're passionate about food. We only
use the finest cuts of steak from
traditionally reared cattle fed

of 28 days before being seared on

 This
former hall was a chapel for the nunnery. Converted to a high class
Beefeater a number of years ago, we last had a major refurbishment in 2006. The White Lodge
at this time was decorated to a bright contemporary style with the
conservatory split into two and the play area made way for an all year
round al fresco dining area with patio heaters for the colder months.
There are feature fireplaces in the pub and comfortable booth seating in the restaurant. The
building is quite
large holding up to 160 people in the old hall, extension and
conservatory. We are all on one floor which makes us ideal for the
disabled. We have an enclosed garden and
benches out front. We are situated on the outskirts of Taunton, which is only 20
minutes walk away. If you are looking for superb food and drink in
pleasant surroundings then The White Lodge would be a good choice for you.
